Ferrari FXX sells for £2.5M

Ferrari FXX sells for £2.5M A brand new, unregistered Ferrari FXX track car has been sold at auction for £2.5 million.

One of 38 examples built, this Ferrari FXX was delivered new in Germany, with an extra front seat option. It’s never been used on the track, has only 97km on the clock from new and comes with its original transportation crates and parts. The FXX was based on the Enzo, but its V12 engine was increased to 6262cc and power rose to 800hp, some 100hp more than the Enzo. There was a focus on weight reduction, the gearbox had a shift time of under 100ms and there were carbon-ceramic brakes.
