“Global, affordable and electric”, says Renault of its latest electric car. The A-segment (i.e. small) K-ZE will first arrive in China, followed by other markets including Europe. The K-ZE will arrive in 2019 and is said to be capable of 155 miles (250km) NEDC.
NEW FACE OF RENAULT ELECTRIC CARS
An interesting development of the K-ZE is a double charging system that Renault says is compatible with domestic plugs and public infrastructures. The Renault K-ZE is one of a number of electrified vehicles the French company is bringing to market, including the announcement of hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions of Clio, Mégane and Captur, with each coming in Europe.
